01About these Terms

These Terms govern your use of Precision Picks at precisionpicks.io, operated by Keith Ryan and presented under the Pooligans brand ("Precision Picks," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Contact us at precisionpicksadmin@gmail.com with questions.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Optional analytics choices are separate from your agreement to these Terms. Nothing here limits consumer or privacy rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

02Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age required where you live. If you are below the age of legal majority, use the service only with a parent or guardian’s permission and involvement as required by law. A paid subscription must be purchased by an adult authorized to use the payment account. You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful where you are located.

Provide accurate account information, use a player name that does not impersonate someone else, and protect your password, recovery key and sign-in sessions. Do not share, sell or transfer your account, create accounts to manipulate competition, or access another person’s account. Notify us promptly about suspected unauthorized use.

Email/password sign-in is available. Additional providers, including Google or X, may be offered separately. Their availability is not guaranteed, and use of those services is also subject to their terms.

03A free-to-play prediction game

Join a Group, predict exact sports outcomes, earn Points for accuracy, and climb the Leaderboard. Precision Picks does not accept wagers, deposits or paid entries for Picks. Points and multipliers have no cash value, cannot be purchased, transferred or redeemed, and do not entitle you to prizes or cash payouts.

Pro purchases additional Group features, not better scoring, favorable outcomes or a financial return. Any cash-return statistics shown or produced in research are simulations only. They are not actual wagers, account balances, promised payouts or proof of future profitability. The service is for entertainment and information, not betting or investment advice.

04Making & settling Picks

• Review the player or event, chosen number, scoring style, scoring table and deadline before confirming. A submitted Pick is locked and cannot be edited or canceled by you.
• Your saved scoring table fixes the Points available at each distance from the final result. Each Pick uses a 100-Point basis multiplied by the applicable multiplier; outside the scoring ranges earns zero.
• A Pick can be applied across eligible Groups containing the same event or player statistic. Making the Weekly Pick automatically enters its site-wide Group without consuming a joined-Group slot.
• Picks are hidden from other players until the shared deadline. Live statistics and live Points are provisional. Final scoring uses verified results, including overtime where applicable.
• Sportsbook lines help inform scoring distributions; they do not constitute an offer to place a sportsbook wager. Odds, statistics and supported ranges can be incomplete or delayed.
• Unavailable props may be removed from a slate and its required Pick count adjusted. Canceled or voided Picks do not count toward scoring or slate completion. Practice data is labeled and excluded from live competition rankings.

We may correct feed errors, result errors, duplicate entries or abuse and recalculate affected scores. A corrected official result can change previously displayed Points. We do not guarantee that every game or player will be available. Contact precisionpicksadmin@gmail.com with the Group, Pick and issue if you believe a result is wrong.

05Leaderboards

This Week: players rank by total Points for that Group’s week, including provisional live Points where shown. You do not need to complete the entire slate to appear.

All-time Group standings: players rank by average Points per week played. A week with at least one non-void Pick counts as a full played week, even if the rest of the slate is incomplete. A week with no qualifying Picks does not lower the average. There is no minimum Pick count for the Group’s all-time standings.

Accuracy: the percentage of settled, non-void Picks that earned more than zero Points. An Exact Hit means your number matched the result exactly. Separate platform rankings may require five settled Picks and activity within the last 30 days, as shown in the product.

06Groups & membership limits

• Free: join up to three Groups at once and create one Group with up to five people, including the host.
• Pro: unlimited joined Groups and creation of up to ten Groups, each with a chosen capacity of up to 100 people.
• Hosting counts across your user-created public and private Groups. Hosted Groups also occupy membership slots. Public hosting may require creator approval.
• Site-run default Groups have unlimited capacity. They still count toward your joined-Group allowance except the automatic Weekly Pick Group.

Hosts can manage membership and Group settings within the available controls. Joining does not guarantee continued membership. Leaving a Group does not cancel a subscription or automatically erase its history or remove it from your hosting count. Separate creator arrangements, if any, require separate terms; in-game Points never qualify for creator payments.

07Pro subscriptions, renewal & cancellation

Pro is US $5.99 per month when checkout is available. The checkout shows the applicable price and billing terms before you authorize a subscription. PayPal handles recurring payments. Payment features may remain unavailable until provider setup is complete; viewing a plan or pressing a preview button alone does not create a paid subscription.

By approving a recurring subscription at checkout, you authorize the displayed monthly charge until canceled. Benefits activate after payment status is verified. We will disclose any future price change before it applies and obtain additional agreement where required by law.

To cancel: open Account → Membership & settings → Manage PayPal billing, or manage the Precision Picks automatic payment directly in your PayPal account. Cancel before the next billing date to prevent the next charge. Contact precisionpicksadmin@gmail.com if you need help. Deleting your account or leaving a Group does not itself cancel PayPal billing.

After cancellation, paid access ordinarily continues until the recorded end of the paid period. A refund, failed payment or provider suspension may change access. Once Pro ends, Free limits apply. Existing history is retained; participation can pause while you exceed Free membership limits, and hosting is restricted to an eligible Free Group. You can leave excess Groups or restore Pro.

Refunds: contact us with a billing concern or refund request. Unless applicable law requires a refund or we agree otherwise, paid periods are not prorated for unused time. Statutory cancellation, withdrawal and refund rights remain available. Nothing in these Terms waives rights provided by PayPal or applicable consumer law.

08Community rules

Do not harass, threaten or impersonate others; post unlawful or infringing material; expose another person’s private information; spam; manipulate rankings through coordinated accounts; bypass access controls; exploit errors; or disrupt the service. Do not use Groups or chat to collect stakes, run paid-entry wagering, or arrange cash or prize payouts through Precision Picks.

Use the in-product report and mute tools or email us about abuse. Hosts may remove members. We may investigate reports, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts or freeze Groups when reasonably necessary to address violations, protect users or comply with law. We may act immediately for urgent safety or security issues. You can contact us to ask for a review of a moderation decision.

09Your content & our materials

You retain ownership of content you upload, such as your image and messages. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display and process that content only as needed to operate, protect and improve the service and provide the features you use. You must have the rights needed to upload it. Data retention and privacy requests are described in the Privacy Policy.

The Precision Picks software, original designs and branding belong to their respective owners. You may use them as part of the service, but these Terms do not transfer ownership or authorize commercial redistribution. Athlete images, team marks, sports data and third-party logos remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation with Precision Picks.

10Availability & responsibility

We work to keep the service accurate and available, but do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free sports data, permanent feature availability or any particular result. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without additional implied warranties.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from external wagers or financial decisions made in reliance on Picks, Points, odds or simulations. This does not exclude responsibility that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable statutory consumer guarantees or liability for fraud or intentional misconduct.

External services and linked websites have their own terms. If we discontinue a paid service, we will address unused paid time as required by applicable law.

11Closing your account & resolving concerns

You may stop using the service at any time. Request account deletion through Account or by emailing precisionpicksadmin@gmail.com; cancellation of paid billing is a separate step. We handle the associated data under the Privacy Policy.

Please contact us first about a service, scoring or billing concern so we can try to resolve it. This does not restrict your right to contact a regulator or bring a claim in a court available under applicable law. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver. Any invalid provision is limited or removed only to the extent necessary; the remaining Terms continue to apply.

12Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product changes. We will post the revised version with an updated effective date and provide reasonable notice of material changes, including any additional acceptance required by law.
